The Franchisor and Franchisee Relationship
- The Franchisee is the individual who buys the rights to sell the products or services of the franchisor(Dwosa) who has developed the company, brand and operating systems and utilize the proven business model, established business systems, and their training and support in order to franchise their business at different locations.
- The franchisee holds the responsibility to run the business model by gaining loyalty in their market, attracting talent and growth of their franchise business. After all, it is the franchisee that runs the day to day business.
- The success of Dwosa and the franchisee depends on their relationship that is built upon mutual respect, understanding, and support. Although relationships between franchisee and franchisor will differ from brand to brand, one thing always remains the same: the franchisee/franchisor relationship matters.
